Operations & Technology Coordinator (Stock Broking)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy professional to manage client experience, platform operations, and cross-functional coordination in our broking business.
This role combines client interaction, technology management, and process improvement — ideal for someone who understands both financial operations and digital systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary bridge between clients, internal teams, and technology partners for all platform and service-related matters.
- Oversee the end-to-end client query lifecycle — from receipt and tracking to resolution and closure within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with technology and vendor teams to troubleshoot platform issues, perform UAT testing, and implement product enhancements.
- Monitor and maintain trading platform uptime, order execution flow, and API stability, escalating issues proactively.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to streamline processes and improve client turnaround times.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, issue logs, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Identify recurring issues or process bottlenecks and recommend automation or process optimization initiatives.
- Work with the product and tech teams to prioritize system updates and client-facing improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams on new platform features, processes, or client communication protocols.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards in all client and system interactions.
- Gather and synthesize client feedback to assist in feature roadmap planning and continuous experience enhancement.
- Coordinate with depository participants (CDSL/NSDL), exchange back offices, and support partners for operational matters.
- Assist in the launch and rollout of new tools, platforms, or integrations within the broking ecosystem.
- Maintain documentation of workflows, SOPs, and FAQs for internal knowledge management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in stockbroking, fintech, or financial operations.
- Good understanding of trading systems, depository operations, and order management platforms.
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets
- Basic technical understanding (APIs, data flows, integrations) preferred.
- Ability to multitask, manage stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
