Scope and Responsibilities :
Roles & Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
· Recruit, hire, and manage a team of VRMs.
· Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members.
· Set clear performance expectations and goals.
· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Strategy and Planning:
· Develop and implement the VRM team's strategic plan.
· Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Client Relationship Management:
· Oversee the quality of client interactions and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
· Resolve escalated client issues and complaints.
· Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Sales and Business Development:
· Drive sales growth and revenue generation through the VRM team.
· Achieve targets set by the organization
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
· Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Compliance and Risk Management:
· Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
· Monitor risk exposures and implement mitigation strategies.
· Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address potential issues.

· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry.

· Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

Education & Certification:
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
· MBA or advanced degree in business or finance (preferred).
· Relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on relationship management and sales.
· Certification in financial planning or wealth management (preferred).
