Step 2: File a Complaint on SCORES
If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you may file a complaint on the SEBI SCORES portal:
- Register on the SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in
- Mandatory details for filing: Name, PAN, Address, Mobile Number, E-mail ID
- Benefits: Effective communication and speedy redressal of grievances
Step 3: Exchange Grievance Redressal
You may also approach the respective stock exchange's Investor Grievance Redressal Cell (IGRC) for resolution of disputes.
