Role Overview
The Wealth Associate / Wealth Manager will support clients in achieving their financial goals by assisting with portfolio management, investment research, client servicing, and wealth advisory. The role involves working closely with Relationship Managers to deliver personalized investment solutions while ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management
- Assist in building, reviewing, rebalancing, and monitoring client investment portfolios.
- Track portfolio performance and recommend corrective actions aligned with investment objectives.
- Support implementation of investment strategies across Mutual Funds, Equities, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, and other wealth solutions.
- Client & Internal Reporting
- Prepare portfolio performance reports, MIS, presentations, and investment reviews.
- Develop insightful dashboards and data visualizations for clients and senior management.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reports.
- Investment Research
- Conduct market, economic, and investment research.
- Analyze mutual funds, equities, fixed income products, and alternative investments.
- Track market developments and prepare investment summaries for the advisory team.
- Client Relationship Management
- Support Relationship Managers in servicing HNI and UHNI clients.
- Coordinate client meetings, portfolio reviews, and follow-ups.
- Respond promptly to client queries and provide operational support.
- Execution & Operations
- Coordinate investment execution and transaction processing.
- Liaise with internal operations, compliance, and product teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of client requests.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain complete client records and investment documentation.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Support KYC, onboarding, and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Business Support
- Assist in preparing investment proposals and client pitches.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement and cross-selling wealth products.
- Support business development initiatives and client acquisition activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- NISM Certified.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Equities, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, and Wealth Management solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- NISM certifications (VA, XA, Mutual Fund Distributor, Research Analyst) preferred.
- CFA/CFP pursuing or completed will be an added advantage.
